With diverse expertise spanning classical ballet, contemporary, and creative movement, our Artistic Committee brings together years of experience, international accolades, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Phang Zie Shan
Chair of Artistic Committee
Zie Shan leads the Artistic Committee with a vision to cultivate thinking dancers who excel in both technique and artistry. A registered Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) teacher with a Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS), her students have consistently achieved 100% passing rate in RAD examinations. Her experience as a performer and choreographer enriches her teaching, and she is deeply committed to guiding students through competitions and stage performances, ensuring they grow as confident and expressive artists.

Lim Ming Zhi
Artistic Consultant
Holding a First-Class Honours degree in Dance from LASALLE, Ming Zhi brings over a decade of experience in ballet, contemporary, and ethnic dance. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes creativity and confidence, preparing students for international competitions and performances. Ming Zhi’s dedication to fostering artistry ensures that every dancer she mentors develops both technical excellence and a strong stage presence.

Masakorn Singsaweg (Run)
Artistic Coordinator of West Zone (Woodlands Civic Centre and Jurong East)
Run is a highly accomplished ballet and contemporary dance educator with an impressive record in international competitions. Holding Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) – Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) certification and Advanced 2 Ballet with distinction, she blends technical precision with creative choreography to deliver exceptional training. Her students have consistently achieved global recognition, and her collaborative work with renowned choreographers underscores her dedication to advancing artistic excellence.

Julniee Tan
Artistic Coordinator of East Zone (Hougang and Marine Parade)
Julniee is a passionate ballet educator trained in the Vaganova method and certified by Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). Her students consistently achieve high merits and distinctions in RAD examinations, a testament to her meticulous approach to technique and artistry. Beyond exams, Julniee focuses on preparing dancers for competitions and stage performances, instilling confidence and elegance in every movement.
